about me

I love food (who doesn’t, right!?) My education and student loans may qualify me as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, but my passion and creativity for organization are what led me to combine diet + design into my ultimate dream job-the designing dietitian!

When I am not working, I love being at home doing DIY projects, cooking & eating! I also love going out to eat with my husband in Philly, binge watching one our favorite shows and pampering our rescue pets, Lucky & Jinxy.

My Approach

Having struggled with my weight my whole life, I know it isn’t easy to modify our food habits.  I help clients realize it is possible to enjoy your favorite treats and still reach your health goals. Our work together will help identify areas you want to work on in order to change your relationship with food and improve your health without giving up the traditional foods you love.

I am committed to providing a client-centered inclusive practice, providing support and interventions through a racially and culturally sensitive lens.
